• The Trusses are spaced at 460mm (18") centres, and fitted to a minimum of 12.5 degrees.

• Lay Fibreglass Insulation (up to 200ml) onto the existing roof.

• fit a high quality non-breathable (or breathable) roofing underlay, ultra violet.

• Tanalised (treated) Battens, 25mm x 50m.

•  Gable ends to be constructed of 9mm exterior grade plywood, sealed, primed, texture coated (from our range of colours.) Or finished in a white solid shiplap cladding

• Supply and fit UPVC Bargeboards and UPVC Fascia boards. Supply and fit new Guttering and Down Pipes.

• Lastly, supply and fit Decra/Metro roof tiles and accessories with pre-finished Barge Flashings and Ridge Caps in colours  Bronze, Brindle, Charcoal, Terracotta, Green or Red.

• Metro/Decar tiles come with a 40 year warranty, And 2 years labour warranty providing they are fitted by registered contractors (which Fred wood Park Home Refurbishments are).

• All our installations have a pre-inspection giving your Home a made to measure roof.
